Yeah? Don't you think this tree comes straight out of the Lorax, or Horton Hears a Who? I have no idea what kind of tree it is. I suspect some type of spruce that I don't know. I have tried at various times to identify trees from a book I have, but the book is really not as helpful as you might think. Just when I think for sure it is something, a native person tells me that Saskatchewan doesn't have trees like that. So whatever. I name this one the Dr Suess special.
I love its curves and odd angles with that sort of weeping hanging down part as well. Beautifully odd.
So much to do before we head off to BC for a road trip, some camping, and a show. What would you bring to feed yourself for such a trip. That is only part of my dilemma. I also probably have to visit Sea Spray Laundry before we go too.
I have never driven though the mountains to BC and I hear it is quite a spectacle. I am piqued. Probably some interesting things to see I suspect. I will have to let you know. We leave on Wednesday.
And all of that, I wish you a magical Monday. May something really cool happen for you today.
