The last few days we have been a bit offline on a glamping adventure in Norfolk. The lovely countryside, the ocean, and a place like Kings Lynn to explore made for some lovely adventures.
I must say that glamping is quite a step up from camping. It really doesn't feel like a whole lot of roughing it is going on. We had a little hut with a teeny sofa bed and a couple of chairs, it was pretty much everything we needed. One big difference from staying home is that you are cooking outside most of the time. And I guess after living in the car across the country nothing feels very rough.
I did love being outside most of the time. It is such a treat to feel the wind. Although boy the wind. We ended up having wind warnings of around 100 km per hour. That was some wind!
And now we are back in Leighton Buzzard for a few before heading on to a Newcastle adventure. We keep hearing more and more being added to the roster for Newcastle. We now have several more gigs and a radio interview coming up for there. Very exciting.
So the week begins with a big breath in. Inhale. I hope your week begins with this kind of hopeful energy. Good thoughts, good things.
