I was so excited to happen upon these cows just hanging out, all lined up, on path to Tesco's. I really wanted to get a bit closer even and meet them really, but David thought it might be ill advised. They are fairly large and they might have been a little weirded out by a strange human approaching them. I didn't want to frighten them so I just said hello from just a little ways away. They look amazing all lined up like they are waiting for someone. Such lovely beautiful animals. We said hello and then continued along to Tesco's.
Yesterday was walking in different places in the beautiful English countryside. Through woods that I adored, with tall redwoods, shady places that the sun and wind couldn't reach, and unexpected ponds. And through places that I had already been along the canal that I am already feeling a sense of familiar fondness with. That's where the cows were. And we met a man who told us all about the Hash House Harriers along the way too. Seems they are just as fond of drinking as running and they are all about the silliness and camaraderie. It sounded amazing.
Today will be another one. All fun things that happen just by venturing outside. Probably should practice a little for the gig Thursday.
I hope you guys are all having some fun adventures and maybe meeting interesting people and creatures where you are.
