I admit to not being outside the house for two solid days. It's true. You'd think I'd be crawling the walls by this time but I'm surprisingly sane I think. There has been extreme cold warnings for much of that time, which frightened me to the inside warmest part of our place. It seemed like a good reason to stay inside,
So two days. We practiced. Oh we practiced quite a bit. We wrote a song. A lovely song. We recorded a live video. In our dining room turned studio room, a little video happened. Besides stuffing our faces and watching Netflix, that was our two days. Oh and the occasional yoga break thrown in just to make sure we could still move.
Interesting. For two days being exclusively inside, I think we did alright. No casualties, no running amok whilst screaming, no untoward behaviour at all. Nothing terrible, and actually a few really good things happened.
Today is meant to get up to -11 which has not happened since we have been back from Australia. I so look forward to a face without pain when outside. I'm still not sure I want to go out, but it's a work day for me at the beautiful guitar shop with the beautiful people, so it is a good reason to move.
How do you like to spend your forced inside time? We could do giant 1000 piece puzzles....or play cards, I love to play cards...or dance. I would like to do that I think. We never do that, but for some reason, now you've suggested it, I have a desire to put on some music and dance. I might have to wait till later, but let's do that. I will if you will.
And now I will leave you with whatever you like to get up to on your usual hump day. Hump away friends.
